Like many of my Sons of Issachar readers, I am a great fan of the United States and understand the debt we owe to the country’s Founding Fathers and the remarkable document The Declaration of Independence. I first visited the U.S. in 1978 and was captivated by the friendliness of people, their love of their country and the great customer service, which was unknown to Australians who had grown up with a British tradition of no customer service. Since my initial visit to the U.S., I have had many trips stateside and spent extended periods living in different parts of the country. When you attend college football games or a Thanksgiving dinner, you see a love of country and a deep patriotism that are largely unknown in other countries. As an American, I appauld your understanding of the political crisis we are experiencing in the United States. I wish that more of my fellow citizens could see the truth as you see it.
I agree that option six seems highly unlikely, as much as I would wish so. Come quickly, Lord Jesus!
Thanks Amy - it is a real crisis for our "light on the hill" and it is hard to know what will happen next. One thing is certain, the extreme left currently holds all the cards. I'm confident that Jesus has a solution but there will be a lot of pain. Appreciate your feedback.
